UFI Open Seminar in the Middle East hosted by OITE

UFI Open Seminar in the Middle East titled “Solutions for Successful Exhibition Marketing”, hosted by OITE , Muscat from January 10 – 11, 2007 brought together exhibition industry professionals to share knowledge and exchange information on a number of subjects ranging from the opportunities for success in the exhibition business in the Middle East to new approaches for the application of technologies for successful marketing to international brand strategies and techniques for hosted buyer programmes. Ahmed Saleh Baabood the Managing Director of OITE who won the Emerging Entrepreneur of the year award in 2005 for his and OITE’s role in contributing to the development of the Sultanate’s Economy, Society, Community by organising cutting edge exhibitions and events which introduce the worlds best in various sectors and catalyse development, has recently been elected Vice Chairman of UFI – Middle East.
